The book isn't about taking pills, but rather getting the digestion working optimally, and then losing weight as a result. You'll know you've lost weight when your pants fit looser around the waist.
The ideas are not the conventional ones that the medical profession repeats. It is a health manual, because if you are in good health you will be at a good weight. I have all his books waiting for depression and the insomnia ones as well.
Cons
His ignorance really shines in his chapter where he attempts to explain pharmacokinetic. Tries to be humorous about a serious subject.
Big advertisement for taking outrageous amounts of supplements. Some of the info is good but too much rubbish to *.
This book has a cutsey, catchy title and cover but it goes steadily downhill from there. The author could have scaled the number of pages in this book to about 60 since 80% is nothing but fluff. Outside of a little bit of amusement granted by the poor... Read More

Unfortunately the author follows up his lousy title with a poorly organized and confusing especially for the kindle book that seems to require a lot of notetaking and chartmaking

The ideas in this book are all over the place but they can be used as starters for your own personal research
