Pros

When fully assembled, its a very heavy well constructed table. The build quality is excellent and it looks very classy. It is quite sturdy once assembled.

Customer service at kick is great! What really sealed the deal for us is the customer service provided by kick. The customer service is superb.

The table is really good quality and plays beautifully. It has a lifetime warranty backed by the best customer service around.

Hard to find fault with this foosball table. Avid players and wanted to replace our 20+ year old foos ball table. Overall the foos ball table seems sturdy and we as a family enjoy it.

Our whole family enjoys the table and we look forward to enjoying it for years. Ordered this table for christmas, 2018 for our two girls.

Cons

The adjustable chrome feet for the table are very cheap plastic. Several holes were not drilled all the way through the rod. The screws that hold the player to the rod are excessively long so they stick out the back of the player.

This company gets a a for customer service with a quality product

Even with the awesome instructional video thats now on their website it still took about 4 hours

One of the issues with the videos and the instructions is they have not been updated since there have been changes made to the table

Shipping

First of all shipping was faster than expected

Some of the pieces were damaged during shipping

I was worried when i originally received the table since the box had a fair amount of damage from shipping

Packaging/appearance

Fortunately kick does an amazing job packaging their products and there was no damage at all

That would be the only thing i would suggest to the manufacturer…label the parts

All the parts were clearly labeled and they have the packaging completely dialed in

But to my surprise kick did an outstanding job packaging the table in a protective cocoon no damage to the table itself

Competitiveness

We are extremely happy overall and look forward to many family tournaments

Its definitely made of high qaulity material and looks built to last

I know a lot of other people have complained about there not being any predrilled holes

I was not looking for a highend table but wanted a regulation size and durable table
