Pros

This fan ticks up to the ceiling while still moving air quite well. It's quiet, easy to operate, and looks very smart with my modern décor. No apparent vibration and 3 blades actually move a fair amount of air.

Works well for a high ceiling loft area. Light is just enough for a bedroom where you're probably going to be using lamps.

May need to have a handyman or electrician to install if not real familiar with electrical and home projects. Use 3 nails to put in screw holes when hanging motor on ceiling bracket. Motor is heavy so using nails first helps.

Lighting is a bright enough for a midsize room without being overpowering. The light button also glows in the dark so it’s easy to find. The fan operates efficiently and quietly.

This fan fits the bill perfectly. The fan itself is awesome. Otherwise it is perfect.

Cons

Led light is awful. Thanks for being less than worthless. Now need to invest in a new fan and install because it’s too late to return.

Yes there are cheaper fans out there but this is worth the price for sure
