The instructions arent written in the clearest english but once i worked out where the charging wire slots in i just fiddled around a bit and got it working

When activated the fan randomly cycles through the 3 speeds and being off thereby supposedly simulating natural wind conditions

Unfortunately it doesnt come with a charger only a usb charging cable so youll have to plug it into a charging usb port or your own charger
