This new door was previously fitted with a similar privacy type lock with a latch on one side and a slotted disc access feature on the other

It was installed on a 134 thick door

There was minor difficulty coordinating the key action and cam with the lever and the action locked up before completing the throw of the bolt to project the locking spurs

Also i did have to drill several holes to install the strikeplate on the jamb this plate has a steel cup on the back but i pried it off as it wasnt entirely necessary

Con install hit a bit of a snag when installing lock the lock set flush against the jam but didnt extend as far as need to get a good lock

Solution was the carve out so it set a bit deeper 23mm deeper than flush and that did the trick
