Pros

Used for work badges and a couple keys. Great key holder, just the right length 36in, retracts real good. Hook it to a mini-wallet to carry my badge along with my keys. Makes scanning in at work much easier.

My one caveat is when examining this (while showing it off to someone who commented on it's sturdyness) is that the string at the ring side started fraying.

Great belt clip and strong retraction mechanism. Keeps wipe rag right on my hip or wherever it us clipped so it doesn't get lost.

Been using these for work everyday for over 3 years. Never failed me once. I expect this will last for years more! Use this daily. Used day-in and day-out near every day of every one of those 7 years.

Cons

There is a lifetime warranty, but it costs $4 for handling/shipping it back to me on top of what i have to pay to ship it out. The belt clip has over-opened and i'm afraid i would have to take a hammer to it to get it to close. Tried to return for war... Read More

The chain itself catches and locks often, rendering it barely usable. Started catching and not retracting after a month or so. I'm a busy rn and this lasted 30 days short of a year.

It was still thicker than any other keyholder string but i pulled it out 2 inches retied a knot below the fray and cut off the excess
