Pros

The keurig k-supreme plus smart is simple to use and tastes just like drip brewed coffee. It also recognizes what kind of k-cups that you are using during brew time.

This model has five pokers to counter the splatter. It also dispenses cold coffee to make some excellent cold coffee drinks.

I like that i can rollover in the morning and push a button on my phone and by the time i get downstairs the coffee is need.

This beats them by a lot. This is also the quietest keurig i’ve ever used. Yes the five holes it pops in it is better than the one.

Cons

The unit is supposed to read the qr code imprinted on the k-cups, connect to wi-fi and then brew a custom beverage. The brew id is a gimmick. No ability to set a custom brew size/temp/strength.

There's a defect in the thermal switch that just bricks the unit. Unplugged, plugged in a different outlet, nothing. I believe it is a thermal issue caused by heat during the descaling process.

Kuerig won't accept the amazon invoice as well as mandating a handwritten note (not typed) of the information they demand. Then i get a email, double email, which “thank you for contacting us.

The flip top lid is nice but turns off when the lid is fully opened. The one thing that i cant live with is the bad water sensor. There is nothing on the tank that would communicate the water level. Just a check valve.

The handle on the water side is awesome much easier to take off and on to fill up

See pictures the hottest it got up to was 182 while dripping the cup of coffee right when it stopped filling up was about 173 degrees

It is a smart brew and i had problems connecting to the wifi using my iphone it kept saying my password was wrong

Price

I was originally a little hesitant to buy it because of the price but it’s clearly a great value and well worth the money

This machine can make you coffee taste great even if you use inexpensive pods

I dont want to be part of their marketing program especially when it costs more than amazon

A little pricey but to me worth it

Competitiveness

Have to say that this new keurig makes far better tasting coffee than our prior keurig

Flavor better than my nespresso and the app is very good assuming you are not against a coffee maker needing to connect to wifi

You can buy packs of 12 34pods34 in a variety of brands because virtually everybody is making pods now

However the deals they offered on pods 50 were no better than amazon and more than costco at the moment
