Cons

Three times in the last 2-1/2 months the brewing process was stop in mid-brew for a descale. It's not easy to use and it also makes a lot of noises when it’s brewing. The coffee carafe is terrible!

Maybe this is because i got a defective coffee maker. Ran a clean cycle, filled the water container all the way up, watched videos, tried to troubleshoot it. This coffee maker is junk.

Buyer beware, this is my 4th keurig. My replacement request was denied. Returned it immediately and got another ninja.
