One thing different i noticed was that this newer model does not have a dispense hot water feature

I had a problem with a new one i bought where the screen stops displaying anything but you can figure out where the power button was and turn it on

Cant see what size cup to choose the whole purpose of having a keurig 2

The only downside of this machine is that you advertise it with the carafe to it but it doesnt come with it and you dont mention that you have to buy specialty style coffee pods for the carafe to work
