Pros
The strips work fine for me. You need to calculate your daily intake of carbs to make sure you reach ketosis. These are a great idea although i struggle to see a change in colour buts that's probably me.
Cons
These feel a bit cheap and have a patchy result. The colour of the test strip is very faint and hard to accurately decipher between the gauges. Some of the testers have no little pad and are useless. Amp; rhyme with sayer.
Bought mine on 1 st of august and no longer working (28/9). Don't work. Not 15 seconds as suggested. Stopped working after 4 weeks. Won’t buy again.

If you wet another strip with tap water and compare it you can see a very slight pink tinge to the positive strip compared to the beige of the negative control

Having bought a few similar products from other suppliers recently i was starting to lose faith as they were all goingbad really quickly and not showing accurate results

The product is very hit and miss i’d recommend doing 3 or 4 at once as you can get 3 showing only trace and 1 very dark purple or 3 dark purple and 1 showing you don’t have any ketones in your urine
