Pros

I rely on this on a daily basis throughout the week to maintain ketosis and it delivers. Will continue to purchase their products. I have a hugely busy schedule so this really is a life saver!

It tastes great, mixes smoothly, and does not clog the blender. There's no clumps and it's easily dissolves. I add a squirt of reddi-whip mix with straw.

This is delicious with cashew or coconut milk. Use 1/3 almond milk and 2/3 water. Add 1/2 tbsp of unsweeted cocoa powder.

Ketologie vanilla shake is the only keto product i have re-ordered. I usually use 1 scoop. It really is an enhancement meant to the keto diet though!

Cons

This is probably an okay product if you're on a low-carb diet, but it is not a keto product. Stomach pain and discomfort.
