Some of the recipes require a long list of ingredients although in some cases its just different herbs spices so its not as involved or complex as it might seem at first glance

Some people might find that a little irritating as it takes away from the quickness simplicity of slow cooker recipes but honestly those recipes would probably still work just fine without those steps the final flavor might just be a little less intense or not exactly as the author intended

Some of the ingredients were a little hard to source psyllium husk powder for example had to go to the international health food coop in town to find it but they also had all the ingredients mentioned in the recipe so it was onestopshopping anyhow
