The recipes are pretty tasty too. The recipes include calorie counts, which is helpful if someone in your household is monitoring weight. Makes it so easy to plan keto meals for the week.
The author tells you what to avoid, what to buy, and how to think ahead with planning meals. The information is great. Definitely a guide to follow.
Cons
One recipe calls for avocado, no avocado on the shopping list. The instructions are subpar. There are only two weeks of meal prep recipes for the beginner stage. There is no ingredient list.
