Apple cider vinegar/keto gummies are amazing! The taste is sweet, but you can taste the apple cider vinegar. They are very chewy and easy to *. They have a few carbs, which i don't like, as i'm counting those to keep them low.

They also have vitamin b12. Supports metabolism, and can supposedly help with weight loss.

It's nice to have an alternative to swallowing more capsules. It definately beats drinking apple cider vinegar, which tastes awful! The label is easy to read and so far there have been no side effects.

Cons

The product appears to be stale, not a soft chew gummy at all. They taste so bad they actually gagged me trying chew them up. It's nothing but a lame vinegar flavored gummy candy & a waste of time, money and nutrition goals.
