Pros

Keto chow is a hassle-free way to maintain a healthy diet without compromising on taste. Side note in my opinion is a lil expensive compare to others.

This is the best tasting shake i have ever had. Mix/stir/shake well, then strain.

Cons

The flavor of the strawberry is extremely light. And not strawberry. Artificial flavoring and coloring. Raspberries and raspberry flavored stuff is my favorite, but this stuff… ummm idk….
