As a food snob and super taster, i love them! Salted carmel, chocolate, and chocolate toffee and my personal favorites.

Keto chow makes the keto diet sustainable. Hanzel and gretel-themed commercial really sold me on it.

Cons

Only 4 of the supposed 7 packets were delivered. It’s not an instant meal.
