Pros

Fast shipping. Would recommend for sport or fitness needs as well. Maintaining a proper electrolytes balance is also very important for those working out.

Electrolyte is sugar free, mixes completely in water and is not unpleasant tasting. Replacement for sugary gatorade or the artificial sweetener version. Strong taste also.

Don't really know how much to add to my 16 oz bottle of water. The dropper is easy to use, especially if you're making by the glass rather than a pitcher. One dose is enough, and my calves aren't cramping up every stretch.

Cons

Tastes like hose water with lemon juice. I fast for 3 - 4 days at a time and occasionally i just can't get hydrated which causes dizziness and my heart to race.

Bottle is meant for a refill but sells itself as standalone. The cap was broken, so that it can not be used. Very overpriced for such low percentages of electrolytes.

Be aware this item cannot be returned. And its non returnable. I was kindly refunded.

00 for a bottle but it has 100 servings so that’s like 100 small bottles of gatorade
