Pros
This cooling mat does exactly what it is suppose to do! Overall it’s worth it! For $15-16 (i got it on sale lol), the fan works pretty good! I play the sims4 on mac, so the bottom of my laptop heats up very hot, very quickly.
It is wayyy quieter than i thought. It's not the quietest one but it's not too intrusive. I'm not a gamer but i’m sure it would be great.
Mine is 17in; however, mine still sits securely on the pad. It's adjustable and is comfortable to use. It is very quite and he likes that it is adjustable in height & lightweight.
Cons
The listing on amazon is misleading. It's a piece of junk. No good for my gaming laptop. I am sure everyone bought it from a lighting deal.
The fans blow light not strong enough. Wiring looks like a kindergarten project involving hot glue. You have to fiddle with the usb adapter to make the fans spin.
