Easy to use and has a few adjustment angles. It is very quite and he likes that it is adjustable in height & lightweight.
It's not the quietest one but it's not too intrusive. The noise is also fairly quiet (though not silent), enough so that it doesn't actively interfere with game audio/music.

Not a huge deal fortunately as the next height setting up clears it

So far it has cooled better than my previous targus cooling pad which was about 20 more

Some parts are flimsy but easily fix with basic tools
