We only had a minor hiccup as we contracted it realised the manufacturers messed up the lining of one of the parts and because we were so excited to set it up we just pulled it apart and realigning it

I thought they were in inches and the whole structure was much smaller than expected

The cats refuse to use the bottom area maybe because they dont have a cat flap
