Pros

Two moths at a time is perfect for me. I really feel like my hair is thickening and coming back in on the sides where it had been thinning. My hair is stronger, thicker and shinier.

They need to put ice packs in with shipment. Significantly lessened shedding/fallout after one bottle.

Cons

Who knows what else made this so horrid. Apparently, they have a no return policy; regardless of the circumstances. I refuse to pay what amazon is asking for seriously.
