The only drawback i can see is that one time the hot air form the vent got so hot the battery charging had to be stopped as there was a message on my phone saying it was too hot to continue

My wife and i used the charger and holder on a recent trip and never have any charging issues the phones also seemed to charge a bit faster than usual

Surprisingly it doesnt take much to suspend your phone from an air vent and keep it there

Only reason it doesnt get a 5th star is due to a lack of charging cable holder

Unfortunately in order to release phone it often ends up being pulled off air vent
