I find it space savy and easy to use by kids even. Stays out of sight and does the job well. Technically kent is the best.

Tds controller is must have spec now a days. When you register compliant, usually enginner visit takes 3-4 days. The best part is, one can regulate tds as per their choice.

There is no chance of water contamination by insects, flies in storage tank, as it has pressurized/hydrostatic tank.

Membrane is faulty, pcb is faulty. Filters are faulty. Since its under the counter my new furniture got damaged due to water leakage.

Installation executive or more interested in cross selling unnecessary products then doing proper installation. Service mechanics are rude. Service engineers are uneducated and doesn’t seems to know the product well.

Though product is under 1 warranty they drag it till the end of warranty period and charge you. This is the 3rd time i’m getting it repaired but stopped working immediately!
