Pros
This has a 5 amp plug instead of the 15 amp plug that most other kettles ship with. I wish the cord length to be little more.
Cons
Kent products except ro are of inferior quality. Very low quality and services of kent is also very pathetic. Worst product from kent.
The spout is not good at pouring. Some water inevitably spills out over the side of the spout. Top switch gives burning smell. Even the boiling water smells like burnt switch.
