Pros

Comes with 2 different nozzles. Can be used with a 6 volt 1 amp adapter saving more money. Only problem is it doesn't come with plug.

Good quality and build. Fixable on wall. Now it works flawlessly. Kudos to kent for such a nice product.

Cons

Called helpline multiple times and was promised assistance but not delivered in time. Called the customer service to raise a complaint. The service exec comes home, checks the product, orders a replacement.
