Our 2 and 12 year old freezer died taking 350 worth of food with it and when i first plugged in our 2 new freezers nothing happened and for a moment i thought the smart sockets were broken i pushed the little bump and suddenly the freezers lights came on and the compressors started up

That and the plate for the onoff switch is mounted upside down so the words are 180 degrees off from the rest of the writing on the unit
