The rear legs are very sturdy and simple. This is a heavy duty and sturdy stand that is made simply and well.

Stand folds into the face of the stand, keeping them out of the way if you need to store or transport it. I always use this opened to the fullest angle and the bumpers don't touch the table. It gives me the rigidity and weight i want.

    The small magnet fell off as i carried it from one place to another and i never found it nowhere near strong enough but i had some really strong magnets at home and put one of those on instead

    I was looking for a very sturdy copyholder but apparently the stores such as staples office max etc

    If they have copyholders at all they are very flimsy plastic and cheap
