Pros
Only complaint i have is the price. But that's the only flaw - i love all kenmore products. Only thing i'm disappointed with is the pricing.
It swivels easily and very easy to handle. Thanks to a bagless vacuum, the canister is easy to empty and clean.
Cons
The wand part of the hose is about 18 inches and unless you are well above average height, you can't reach anything. If you are unable to reach the hose, you will need to return the vacuum to the store.

I generally use the hose more than anything if you are going to pull this vacuum by the hose and you pull it on a diagonal it will tip over
