Cons
Only one hole has the indentation to make it easier to remove from the wand. Not functional with kenmore vacuum. Hole openings are misaligned. Very small.

I initially had some considerable difficulty making proper use of my new vacuum part but after a time discovered that the fault was mine and that the bag inside the vacuum had detached entirely and this was the cause of its ineffectiveness
