Bought this * of the kenmore brand name and never disapointed. The fact it assembles and disassembles easily is another great perk.
It does the friggin job everywhere! Great vacuum. Highly recommend. Good vacuum cleaner.
Cons
The cord needs help going as it does not fully retract. The wand refuses to lock into to the powermate. Contacted amazon for a return and refund.
Whomever designed this thing is a *. There is no way this would be of any use to someone with pets. Seller says too bad. I hope the company that makes kenmore reads my review so that they can improve on these newest kenmore vacuum's.
The main head is pretty good on carpet but terrible on tile and hardwood. Buying a broom slides along the top of the carpet and picks up nothing. The wand quick release pedal is very loose.
The vacuum is way overpriced for its quality. Very light weight and cheaply made. Tubes are no longer stainless, but some cheaper aluminum type tube.

Purchased open box and it arrived in perfect condition
I just received my new vacuum yesterday and immediately opened the box put it together and vacuumed my whole upper floor
My expectations after reading it were no met when i opened the box

Our last vac was a meile and this kenmore is hands down is better than the meile and the best vac we have ever owned
Kenmore has always been the best vacuum on the market
For the price i would put this cleaner against any of the other leading brands
I bought a dyson to replace it but does not compare

This is a good vacuum although i liked my previous kenmore more because this one doesnt have a handle at the top of canister for easier holding doesnt have a piece at the bottom of the canister so that it can be placed diagonally on stairs has the attachments on the wand instead of stored inside the canister
