The non-stick coating on these pans is excellent. This is a quality starter set that would make a great gift.

Can handle up to 500 degrees in the oven. If your oven has a broiler temperature control, you are safe to use the first two settings. Extremely well made, visually pleasing and cook amazingly well. Clean up is painless.
