Pros
It has 80-90% of the miele and sebo vacuums’ features. It has a truly sealed hepa system. I love the suction and how my carpets feel clean after vacuuming.
This is our second elite after the first lasted 8 years and we used it daily as we have a cat and dog. This replaces a previous kenmore upright that i've had for 15-20+ years and which i am replacing because the beater bar bracket broke.

This thing does a pretty good job * up dirt from bare floors, which for me is great. Never fails, every single time my rug will get * up. The ability to adjust carpet size is awesome.
Cons

They did make it much easier to get to the brush and belt on the handimate note only the handimate itself has a belt on the 31150

It may be little heavy but it does its work compare to the trashy vaccums with no bags

Ive tried multiple highend others but every one of them disappoints after 45 months

The 1 year warranty gave us pause until we realized our old vacuum had the same warranty and is still doing well aside from the wear and tear on the bumper and handle

If cleva is listening i would love to know why the new bu4022 intuition has a 5 year warranty and this 31150 elite only has a 1 year warranty

But fully extended it is too short to reach down for things like baseboards and floor corners without working hunched over

Moreover the wand is incompatible with most after market extension tubes so you cant simply pop another tube onto it
