Im very pleased with the final result
My only real complaint is with the design of the solar panel for charging
I was able to remove the oversized kemeco connector and replace it with the original coleman connector the bolt is very simple to remove

The part that connects the light to the pole was way too big for my coleman pole the kemeco description stated that the pole should be 3 in diameter mine is not

So i unscrewed the light fixture its metal and glass didnt want anything to shatter and set it aside

At this time i didnt want the expense of hiring an electrician to run power out the the post box so thought solar was the way to go

The light itself has a vintage style led bulb inside and is charged via solar

We let it charge for 24 hours in the off position and then turned it on

The lightbulb is already attached the lantern needs to be kept “off” for 24 hours to absorb the sunlight before you can switch it “on”
