Told them kemtek and they said to ditch the other stuff which might harm the pool mechanisms and return to kemtek

It is not clearly marked on this bottle or others but the sanitizer is dichlor which also contains cyanuric acid along with chlorine

A lot of people do not realize this and their cya levels can reach 100 ppm or higher really fast making low levels of chlorine useless and no ability to properly sanitize your water making it unsafe
