Volume controls are handled by the phone which takes a little getting used to but you do have ability to pause and answer phone with a single button on the unit

The biggest issue ive have with this unit and a similar unit from the same oem manufacturer is that there is no way to check battery level

Would prefer an indicator each time i turn it on or some way to read led flashes or even better an app that would give me the battery level

I bought i think 14 of these and out of all of them two where bad and did not work feel bad for the people i gave them to as gifts
