Pros

It has everything in it for one flush. Flushed our tankless water heater for the first time in 5 years. Worked as advertised and did a great job flushing my instant-on water heater.

I'm a retired female, who lives alone. I'm only marginally handy, and this was easy to set up and get running. Directions were easily comprehended and followed.

Cons

Both the bucket and calci-free bottle were broken. The hoses this thing comes with are junk.
