Pros
Fits directing on my 2014 brz. Probably fine on a car or non bumpy roads. These compliments are from people who just happened to see my car in the parking lot and were really impressed.
Easy to install, looks great, and feels great. Brings every (or almost every) size and threading style needed for adaptors. The washer goes first the the adapter. Installed easily with supplied adaptor.
It has a hefty nice weight to it too. Its heavier than you'd expect, weighs over a pound.
Cons
The picture says it all. I'm disappointed, because this could be a great product if they'd ironed out the details.

2010 lexus is250 so many different types and reviews many saying manual shifters only

I didnt even need an adapter it screwed right on mine and the boot snapped right up to it

I simply used one metal and one rubber washer to basically pressure lock it into place and i think once i did that ive had to adjust it maybe twice in all that time

The build feels nice and solid with a nice weight to it but mines did comes a bit scruffed up see photo but its not worth return for that

Based on videos ive seen of this product it should have came with a preinstalled screw and 3 different sizes but i only got the 3

Might need a new boot to connect to it but im fine with it being separated for now
