The powder is in foil sachets which are easy to open. Great price for the quantity of kefir that can be made.
Cons
Very disappointed. Doesn't work. They make no kefir and the seller offers no returns" "unsure how to rate it.
I now have a gelatinous mix which is now just sour milk. The fact that you have to keep taking spoonfuls from the last batch rather than extracting real grains just seems like an excuse have a product with resale value.
This product is very misleading as it says you can make 100 litres of kefir. Complete waste of £15 for sachet & £1.

I did try it with coconut milk without success so now use ordinary milk and it is brilliant

Each culture batch appears to last about a month before having to make a fresh batch it is very evident when the culture needs replacing as the brew becomes thin with no body

Can’t speak of the health benefits but have to assume that it is adding much needed friendly bacteria to the bodies digestive system
