Cons

It sets up easily, but is quite stringy and thick, not a light slightly effervescent yoghurt drink that i'm used to. The instructions are in tiny picture form and are unintelligible. Very poor information and generally bit of a rip ff.

I used full devon milk for nine and it’s delish

We tried once to make it without boiling milk which resulted in runnier kefir not our preferred consistency
