Cons
It sets up easily, but is quite stringy and thick, not a light slightly effervescent yoghurt drink that i'm used to. The instructions are in tiny picture form and are unintelligible. Very poor information and generally bit of a rip ff.

I checked it after 24 hours but it was still a bit thin and so left it another 24 hours and it was much thicker

Only bit of advice is make sure youre reading the instructions for kefir and not for yoghurt they come together on the same leaflet
