Pros
Great communication with the seller. Customer service is proactive and reaches out to ensure the product is meeting expectations. But of course, some of the instructions on the packaging are insane.
Follow the instructions on the packet and you'l have lots of kefir. Warm up milk in a quart mason jar to 95 degrees and introduce the content of the package.
Excellent choice for traveling fermentation. Tastes so good, and has a soothing calming effect.
It comes out nice and thick, sweet and slightly tart. Not too tart or stringy. Made first batch— creamy and thick. Second batch from 2 cubes very thick and creamy.
Cons
Not drinkable as kefir. Batch i received were duds.

You can continue this step up to 7 times after that your culture will weaken and wont provide the best product
Packaging/appearance
After i made my initial batch i strained it allowing the liquid to go directly into the drain
Ive used two of the packets and the great thing is it keeps replicating itself so you never run out of the stuff
Competitiveness
I use a yogurt function on a multipot as milk cooks i stir in one cup organic sugar
Way cheeper and healthier than store bought
Of course u dont want to take them at the same time theyll deactivate each other
I love a semi strong kefir so i leave mine out for up to 48hrs pending season

I got 16 separate reculture amounts 14 cupi placed those in the freezer then i used the remainder in the jar about 14cup and recultivated another batch and from that save two 14 cups drank and left a 14 cup in the jar and recultivated from that did the same thing with this new batch in total from my first 14 cup used to recultivate i got 5 before it started thinning out

If you use ultra pasteurized milk it will not work
