No it is not a room cooler a personal cooler at best but here is the problem

While the air does get cold the water tank is very small and the battery only lasts 34 hours so it shuts down after a short while

The fins are very fragile and pop out easy

The fan is weak very weak if this cooler is used outdoors i doubt it would work much if at all cooling a person

I purchased this item after seeing an advertisement on facebook about a product where you can have this little contraption that cools the air by using regular water

Not expecting it to be a big thing i ordered it on july 2 and it arrived on july 24 in a bag not a box
