Competitiveness
I could configure the bridge easily and connect it to my ecobee 4 thermostat and sensors without any issues
The vents are constantly disconnecting and the app cannot keep a connection with my ecobee3 thermostat and constantly has to sign back in
I bought the keen smart vent and bridge because it’s smartthings integrated
One last thing to mention is that i couldn’t add the vents to smartthings using the classic or the new smartthings app

The magnets on the face plates were not made very well and came unglued causing multiple face plates to just drop barely missing my head

I ran into two problems with this system

First problem vents over time randomly go unresponsive like hibernate and to make them responsive to manual opening and closing commands you need to power cycle them disconnect and connect batteries this makes the system useless just a nice but useless toysecond problem it looks like system cannot recognize whether heating or cooling cycle is on it always works like heating cycle is on

I have these vents installed for three years now thought they will develop the system eventually but it looks they are not even working in that direction
