It did come with the lid dented but it is just a tin can basically so i was able to push them out

I mainly use the jefree star x morphe eye brush set and it was a bit harder to get the pigment off of the synthetic brushes but it came off after like 2030 seconds of using this product

I had to knock the dent out of the lid and it looks a lot better but not perfect
