Bottom of bag is not accessible. What is with a promotion to get an item and unable to attain. Must have been a bad manufacturing batch.

The plastic has many imperfections. It looks like someone ironed the bag with a clothes iron and it melted in places. Even the reflective material on the front pocket is uneven!
