This inside of the flap has kasper maison embossed in clean silver letters and outside of the case on the bottom right side has the name embossed as well though it appears to be heat embossed or branded as it is the same color as the leather

Also it does not protect your laptop against cold or bumps

The bad once my macbook pro was inside of the case the magnetic snap on the front did not close

The lid flap of the case is not long enough to extend over the case in order to close properly
