I had to check the amazon comments to see how to silence the alarm mode we wanted just the light for sleeptraining the toddler

The instruction manual mentions pushing the side ringer button to change volume lowmediumhigh but it was comments here that said to push both sides at the same time

Note using the alarm button called wake mode means that the light goes green at the time you set it
