Pros

Single or occasional use brings immediate, tho short-lived, relief. Consistent use brings longer-termed relief. Helps calm the mind and relax back.

It gives that warm and tingling feeling after the initial ouch of getting settled on it. It hurts for 10-20 seconds then replaces the pain with a warm endorphin release. The sensation is a mild throbbing warmth.

Cons

The dimensions ( 34 × 24) mentioned on the site are far from accurate. The pillow is also on the smaller side 21. Doesn't provide much pain relief. What a waste of money.
