Pros

Many find the sensation of laying on it uncomfortable but i find it comfortable and i easily melt in to it. Laying on mat is very relaxing. It is deeply relaxing and leaves me with a whole-body good feeling.

Cons

The dimensions ( 34 × 24) mentioned on the site are far from accurate. The pillow is also on the smaller side 21. Doesn't provide much pain relief. What a waste of money.

I was able to pay with hsa and got a prime day price too

Sort of a waste of money unless you like the feeling

A little expensive for the size of it really small my girlfriend hated hers and thought it was a joke

I am a shade over 6’1” so if i could go back i would have gotten the xl but otherwise it was well worth the money spent

Shipping

It took a few days to get used to but its worth the ability to let go and relax the back

After it was delivered and i opened it i laid on it for five minutes and my pain was gone
