Got this for my grandma for christmas. Many of these type of pillows and mats feel hard at first, but if i try to relax (and not tense up) within a few minutes i've become so relaxed i fall asleep.

I had a bed of needles i purchased a while back but found that the pillow that came with it while okay didn’t really offer traction
