These glasses also do not come with any support to hold your phone in place

Yes the phone is pretty secure once you close the flap where the phone is

Also the back is fully closed so the sound may be muffled a bit as your phone speaker may press against the cardboard

There should be two straps included with the set so you can set it up hands free but i only received one strap so i can not use this feature and will have to hand hold it

If you want a little more comfort and maybe a bit stronger cardboard then it might be worth spending a few more dollars on a different pair
